JOB TITLE: Sales Development Rep (SDR)

WHAT WE DO helps B2B companies earn more money by teaching their reps better sales techniques when selling by phone and face to face. We show them how to use the phone to get more conversations started. Then, we teach them better qualifying questions to ask, how to give stronger presentations and how to handle objections and close the sale with ease and confidence.

We do all of this by offering live online and on-demand sales training workshops.


We are looking for success-driven individuals that want to earn a lot of money in a sales career.


You will learn inside sales from start to finish – from prospecting to closing – and become an expert at it by working side-by-side with one of the world’s leading authorities in selling by phone: Michael Pedone.

You will be trained on how to prospect for leads in our database, what to say to gatekeepers to avoid rejection, how to leave voicemails that get call backs, send emails that get responses and you’ll learn what to say (and how to say it) when you get your prospects on the phone.

The goal is to build your pipeline, get prospects on the phone and start a conversation to determine if a sales problem exists that we can help solve.

We have a very easy to follow, highly effective “10-point touch system” in place (with 1/3rd of those touch points being automated on your behalf) and to streamline the process, we break the day down into specific “task times” during the day – so you will always know what you need to be doing / focusing on during the day for maximum results.

  • We are looking for individuals with DRIVE
  • A deep desire to be successful and willingness to make it happen
  • SalesForce CRM experience a plus
  • MUST have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to “think on their feet” and react quickly
